Can I modify or cancel my order after it’s been placed?

If you wish to cancel your order, please note that cancellations are processed for store credit only.

Do you restock sold-out items?

Yes! Popular items are often restocked based on demand. Be sure to sign up for restock notifications on the product page to be alerted when an item is back in stock.

When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Do you have a physical store location?

No, we are currently an online-only boutique. You can shop all collections directly on our website.

I ordered multiple items. Will my orders be combined?

Yes! If multiple orders are placed under the same email address, we will automatically combine them for shipping. Any extra shipping costs will be refunded.

What happens if my package is lost or stolen?

If your package is lost or stolen, please contact UPS or USPS directly to file a claim.

If you need additional information from us to support your claim, email shoptayloredthreadsboutique@gmail.com.

Please note: chargebacks are not the appropriate way to resolve lost or stolen package issues.
