Exchanges & Store Credit Policy

Exchanges Only

  • We are currently only accepting exchanges for sizing issues only
    (example: exchanging a medium for a small)
  • We do not accept returns for refunds
  • Cancelled orders will receive store credit only, no refunds to the original payment method

Exchange Requirements

Items must be in original condition to qualify for an exchange:

  • Tags attached
  • Unworn & unwashed
  • Free of excessive human or pet hair
  • Free of smoke or strong odors
  • Free of makeup marks or stains

Denied Exchanges & Restocking Fee

  • Exchanges that do not meet the above conditions may be denied
  • If accepted but not in original condition, a $10 restocking fee may be deducted from store credit

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged item, please email us within 2 days of delivery at shoptayloredthreadsboutique@gmail.com

Taylored Threads is not responsible for damage caused by improper care handling.


 

SHIPPING:

Shipping & Combined Orders

We're happy to combine multiple orders placed close together whenever possible.

Free Shipping Policy:

  • Free shipping applies to single orders of $150+
  • Separate orders cannot be combined later to reach the $150 minimum

When Multiple Orders Are Combined:

If one order is $150+:
That order qualifies for free shipping, and any extra shipping fees from combined orders will be refunded

If no order reaches $150:
Orders will be combined, and all but one shipping charge will be refunded
(Example: 3 orders → 2 shipping fees refunded)

We do not total multiple orders to create free shipping one checkout must meet the minimum.
