Exchanges & Store Credit Policy
Exchanges Only
- We are currently only accepting exchanges for sizing issues only
(example: exchanging a medium for a small)
- We do not accept returns for refunds
- Cancelled orders will receive store credit only, no refunds to the original payment method
Exchange Requirements
Items must be in original condition to qualify for an exchange:
- Tags attached
- Unworn & unwashed
- Free of excessive human or pet hair
- Free of smoke or strong odors
- Free of makeup marks or stains
Denied Exchanges & Restocking Fee
- Exchanges that do not meet the above conditions may be denied
- If accepted but not in original condition, a $10 restocking fee may be deducted from store credit
Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged item, please email us within 2 days of delivery at shoptayloredthreadsboutique@gmail.com

SHIPPING:
Shipping & Combined Orders
We're happy to combine multiple orders placed close together whenever possible.
Free Shipping Policy:
- Free shipping applies to single orders of $150+
- Separate orders cannot be combined later to reach the $150 minimum
When Multiple Orders Are Combined:
If one order is $150+:
That order qualifies for free shipping, and any extra shipping fees from combined orders will be refunded
If no order reaches $150:
Orders will be combined, and all but one shipping charge will be refunded
(Example: 3 orders → 2 shipping fees refunded)
We do not total multiple orders to create free shipping one checkout must meet the minimum.
