- We are currently only accepting exchanges for sizing issues only
(example: exchanging a medium for a small) - We do not accept returns for refunds
- Cancelled orders will receive store credit only, no refunds to the original payment method
Exchange Requirements
Items must be in original condition to qualify for an exchange:
- Tags attached
- Unworn & unwashed
- Free of excessive human or pet hair
- Free of smoke or strong odors
- Free of makeup marks or stains
Denied Exchanges & Restocking Fee
- Exchanges that do not meet the above conditions may be denied
- If accepted but not in original condition, a $10 restocking fee may be deducted from store credit
Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged item, please email us within 2 days of delivery at shoptayloredthreadsboutique@gmail.com

Free Shipping Policy
- Free shipping applies to single orders of $150+
- Separate orders cannot be combined later to reach the $150 minimum
When Multiple Orders Are Combined:
- If one order is $150+, it will still qualify for free shipping
- If no order is $150+, one shipping fee will still apply
- Any extra shipping charges from combined orders will be refunded
We do not combine separate orders to qualify for free shipping — one checkout must meet the $150 minimum.
